I breed for temperament and health first and foremost. If I feel any of the hedgies in my herd are not suitable to be used for breeding they remain with me on a pet only basis.
Having said that all my hedgies are pets first and foremost and before any male and female are paired they undergo various health checks etc.
All my hedgehogs are registered with: U.K.A.P.H. Registry All information gathered on the registry is shared with the International Hedgehog registry.
